Hutt City Council (HCC) collects your personal information (name, contact details and payment information) in order to create a customer profile that will enable you to manage your interactions with the HCC gym and aquatics team. We keep your information safe by holding it in secure Council systems that are only accessible by authorised staff. While not all information fields are required to be completed, if you choose not to enter the required personal or organisational information, we may be unable to effectively manage your bookings or memberships. Financial information will be held with our financial partner Ezidebit. You can update your information via the web portal.
